         Choosing the right construction company for your particular project is a big and very important decision. The building experience should be a fun experience. Both builder and customer should share the same goals and overall vision for your project.  How can you have the same vision without seeing what the project is going to look like when its completed?  Glad you asked, this is one of the main reasons about 15 years ago I decided to bring all of our designing and blue printing in house. It takes out the guess work and eliminates "oh I thought it was going to look different".  Before we break ground we will have a complete 3D design and blueprints that will show exactly how your project will look when completed. It was a game changer for us and makes the building experience so much smoother for all involved. 

 

About 10 years ago I decided to bring our pool construction in house as well.  There were a lot of customers wanting pools with their new homes and we struggled to find a pool contractor that could bring the level of detail and quality that we needed to match the home. We are a dealer for Latham Fiberglass Pools. We have created many one of kind pools, outdoor living areas, and outdoor kitchens through out the years.  All of our projects are managed by me (Sean), hence why we are low volume. I oversee every detail! I couldn't imagine trusting another person to manage when my name is attached.  I'm blessed to have excellent workers that I've trained, many I've had for 15 plus years. I believe no-one matches my passion to create truly custom one of kind projects.
