Please allow me to briefly explain why Sean Kingery Award Winning Homes may or may not be a good fit for you. We are a high detail, TRULY custom, low volume builder. What does that mean? We believe our homes are a work of art. A home that cannot be replicated. A forever home! Many builders can sit in their truck and order stock doors, stock windows, stock casing, stock base boards, stock cabinetry- that is not us!!! We are not 90 day home builders, we do not build cookie cutter homes. Most of our fully custom homes take a year plus to build. We also offer semi custom homes that can take about 9 to 12 months. All of our homes are filled with custom, made by hand one of a kind carpentry work made by us. The way it used to be done, real craftsmanship. Not only does this make our custom features affordable but we also have complete control over quality. These kind of custom features and quality forces us to be a low volume builder. All of our homes are supervised by Sean Kingery, there are no third party "construction mangers". As a client you will be working directly with Sean who is driven completely by passion for building beautiful unique custom homes. Sean is well known for being a very hands on builder. You will see him when needed jumping right in the thick of it.
We use our 3D software to work with you to design every room in detail. We design our custom features, set outlet placements, we can even add the color of the walls, we can show different styles and colors of roofing, siding ,brick and stone. See what your home will look like before we even break ground. Here is a coffered ceiling we built in one of our homes in Richmond. The coffered trim was made using a router by hand to create truly unique trim profiles. The built ins around the fireplace were also hand made with the openings designed to fit the homeowners specific pieces of art and LED back lighting for the perfect amount of accent. The TV here is recessed into the fire place for a flush custom look. A "cool wall" kit was built to protect the TV by funneling the heat from the fireplace and exiting above the TV.
Here is a dining room featuring a custom made coffered ceiling with custom made wall trim panels. Also, we have a built in buffet bar with LED lit glass cabinetry.
Here we have a custom made entry way. We built a half round with brick veneer and custom made half round support arches. We hand routered all the trim for the wall wainscotting as well.
Here we have a simple yet effective and great use of space, laundry room with ample storage, built in washer and dryer, plenty of hanging space, and the perfect size utility sink.
Here is one our our favorite entry ways that really sets the tone for the whole home. We have 2 story entry way with all custom made trim and round coffered ceiling, meticulously designed and built around the hanging lights.
